Kathmandu: The government has removed Dhan Bahadur Karki from the position of Inspector General and appointed KC in his place. Newly appointed IGP Dr. Manojkumar KC was awarded the badge by Home Minister Sudhan Gurung. On Wednesday, during a program held at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Minister Gurung presented KC with the IGP badge.
KC was appointed to the Inspector General position by the cabinet. Karki, on the other hand, has been given the responsibility of Special Security Advisor to the Prime Minister.
