Kathmandu : Leaders of different political parties have demanded to book the guilty persons involved in the procurement of two wide body aircraft for the Nepal flag carrier- Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC). At an interaction organized by the Reporters’ Club today, they said that whoever either former prime ministers, ministers or government officials involved in the procurement scam should be punished.
Earlier, the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the House of Representatives had recommended to the government and anti-graft body Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) to probe into the wrongdoings and take actions against those involved in the purchase of the wide body aircrafts.
