New Dehli ( India). Rohit Sharma was on Wednesday named the captain of the ODI team in place of Virat Kohli. Before becoming captain, Rohit was asked about Kohli on his YouTube channel. To this, he said that Kohli is still the leader of the team. His presence is very important for the team. Rohit Sharma, the new captain of One Day, has handled the team’s wonder on many occasions in the past. India played 10 ODIs under his leadership, India has won 8.
Rohit told the YouTube channel Back Stage with Boria that the team of a brilliant batsman like Virat is always needed. To average more than 50 in T20s is unbelievable.
