Kathmandu. In a meeting held at the UML Central Office Chasal, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel instructed the entire party committee and mass organization in Shaktiparich Valley to get at least 40,000 people to participate in the public demonstration organized on July 16. General Secretary Pokhel said that all the people’s organizations and all the party committees in the valley should pay special attention to bringing more and more people to the streets by mobilizing all their strength.
Krishna Gopal Shrestha, Coordinator of the Movement Mobilization Committee, said that since the public demonstration of July 16 was special, a campaign was launched to bring down all the people of the valley. CPN-UML is doing its homework to bring down the ocean of human beings in Kathmandu on July 16th against high prices and corruption.
