Seriousness required in amending NC statute: Gen Secy Koirala

Pokhara : Nepali Congress general secretary Dr Shashanka Koirala has said that the party statute should be amended by giving it a serious thought, as it was prepared by NC founder leader BP Koirala in a critical phase in the past.
peaking in a programnme organized by NC Kaski chapter to receive suggestions for amending the party statute here today, leader Koirala urged the cadres to give suggestion so as to make the party more organized and dynamic.
Pharmulla Mansur, coordinator of receiving suggestions in Gandaki Province said that the statute was going to be amended to make the party more organized and dynamic as well. One third of posts in the party would be managed through reservation, he added.
