Kathmandu. The Election Commission has requested an explanation from the Central Department of Public Health and the Institute of Medical Pedagogy of Tribhuvan University within 24 hours. According to the Commission, the Central Department of Public Health and Institute of Medical Pedagogy of Tribhuvan University filled the posts in violation of the code of conduct issued for the election of members of the House of Representatives and members of the Provincial Assembly to be held on Mangsir 4.
In the explanation, reminding the code of ethics that no financial benefits or rewards should be given except for creating new posts, filling vacant posts, increasing allowances, etc., except that there is no hindrance to taking action related to filling posts, is the process of filling posts in the contract service started by those agencies a regular process? The question has been asked. If not, what is the basis for not stopping the process? The Commission has asked for an explanation.
