Kathmandu. Nepal ACC has entered the finals of the U-16 Eastern Regional Cup Cricket. Nepal secured the title by defeating Singapore by 97 runs. Nepal will now play Malaysia in the final on Tuesday.
After winning the toss and batting first at the Biomass Oval Cricket Ground in Malaysia, Nepal scored 184 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 35 overs in the scheduled 50-over match. Chasing a winning target of 185 runs, Singapore lost all wickets in 31.3 overs and managed to score only 87 runs.
