Kathmandu: Chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that some parties are treating their party in an insulting manner. CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the leaders should distribute the seats based on the reality during the election coordination.
Speaking at a party function in Kathmandu today, Nepal said that the top leaders of the parties in the alliance should make it clear at what level why they are making demands. Nepal was of the view that the claim should be based on the strength of the party.
He said that the party cadres should naturally claim to be candidates in the election but the leaders should understand that they should not be active in the party after losing. Among the parties of the ruling coalition, the UML won in 2074 BS.
Chairman Nepal also instructed the cadres to coordinate the election with the party which has no agreement with any party in the alliance and to fight alone if there is no agreement with any party. Nepal also claimed that the Unified Socialists had made a claim on the basis of their power in Pokhara Metropolitan City. He expressed dissatisfaction that the Unified Socialist Party has no meaning.
