Kathmandu. Harak Sampang, who won the post of Dharan chief independently, has accused UML president KP Sharma Oli of ‘howdy and gojangra’. UML president KP Sharma Oli satirized Harak Sampang at the election meeting held in Dharan on Friday saying that he did not see eye to eye when Dharan was going to win. Oli taunted the mayor by asking him how many gallons of water he had to carry. Oli also criticized Sampang by saying that the city’s budget would not be sufficient and that Dharan’s drinking water needs a national budget.
Responding to Oli on the social networking site Facebook, Dharan Nagar chief Sampang called Oli Ghafadi, Howdy, and Gojangra. Hark Sampang was challenged because he could not even stand up and give a speech.
