According to the reports that are coming now, the film earned around 45 crores on the second day. Talking about the gross collection, the film has earned 100 crores in two days.
It is expected that the film can do a business of 130 to 140 crores on its first weekend. There is tremendous enthusiasm among the audience about the film. From trade pundits to critics, this film made with a budget of about 2 thousand crores is being praised.
Avatar collected 41 crores on the first day of its release. Now on the second day, the film has collected a net collection of around 45 crores. The net collection of the film has become a total of 86 crores, although talking about the gross collection of two days, the film has crossed the figure of 100 crores.
Trade analyst Ramesh Bala said that Avatar 2 has collected 100 crores at the Indian box office in just two days. Talking about the worldwide collection, the film has earned around 1700 crores in two days.
Although Avatar may have collected 41 crores on the first day, it was far behind the first-day collection of Avengers Endgame. Avengers Endgame earned 52 crores all over India on the first day of its release. This is the highest-ever record for the highest first collection in India for any Hollywood film. Even Avatar 2 has not been able to break this record.
Avatar 2 is released on 16 December. The first show of the film started at 12 midnight on 16 December in select cities of the country. A lot of praise is being heard for the special effects, VFX, and background score of this film made in about two thousand crores.
In India, apart from English and Hindi, the film has also been released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The film stars Sam Washington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, and Kate Winslet.

It did a total box office collection of around 19 thousand crores worldwide. It has been 13 years since the film was released but the film is still on top in terms of earnings.
