Tokyo. There has been news of a deadly attack on Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. It is said that a pipe bomb was thrown at him during a speech in Wakayama City. However, Prime Minister Kishida was taken out safely when the bomb exploded. It is said that a loud noise was heard while Kishida was being taken away from the speech venue.
Meanwhile, the police have taken control of a person. It is said that the prime minister was not injured in the incident. He came to speak at an event organized in support of his Liberal Democratic Party candidate. The attack on Fumio Kishida took place nine months after the assassination of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. In July 2022, Sinjo was attacked by a man with a homemade gun. Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe died in the incident.
