Kathmandu: The ruling coalition partner Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has also decided to recall four of its ministers and appoint a new one.
A meeting of the Jasapa executive committee held on Monday night gave the right to recall the minister and recommend a new name to chairman Upendra Yadav, said executive member Mrigendra Kumar Singh. Rajendra Shrestha, Renu Yadav, Mahendra Yadav, and Raishay Prasad Yadav are the ministers of the party.
Now they will be called back and a new name will be recommended. While taking important decisions in Jasapa, President Yadav, Federal Council President Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, and Ashok Rai were given the authority. However, a meeting of Yadav’s party leaders was held on Monday night and it was decided to give all the powers to the president.
As soon as the UCPN (Maoist) manipulated the ministers, voices were being raised that the ministers should be changed. A separate gathering of leaders, including Mohammad Ishtiaq Rai, had been pressuring the leadership to change ministers. Accordingly, Yadav has now made such a decision.
