Janakpur. The first National Convention of the Lions Club of International District 325F was held in Janakpur Dham, the capital of Madhesh Province on the 10th and 11th Chaitra. The conference, which started on the 10th, ended on the 11th after voting. On the 10th of Chaitra, the candidates gave their candidature for the year 2023/24 including the annual report and the inaugural session.
The chief guest of the inaugural session was the first president of Nepal, Dr. Ramvaran Yadav and the conference was attended by many political leaders including the top Lions leader.
Lions Shib Kumar Katuwal were elected as District Governors for the year 2023/2024. Lions Shankar Sharda first vice District governor and Lions Keshar Bahadur Bhandari were elected as the third vice District governor.
Lion Shib Kumar Katuwal, who was elected from the historic first convention of District 325 F, has committed to do seven different social services.
According to this, the Lions scholarship program, eye, and ear check-up program for students in community schools, school bag, book, copy, pen and dress distribution program, Lions Mero Saathi program, Lions program where there is a need, food distribution, a strong club long life member (lifetime), Let’s serve together and give priority to the seven-point program including various services to the people, he said.
