The ten targeted quadruple markets within the metropolis are Kalanki, Food Institute Thapathali premises, Tukucha Khasi Bazaar, and Balaju bypass area. According to Dummer Bahadur Bam, Animal Development Officer of the metropolis, one team will operate in these markets from 7 am to 12 noon and another team will operate regularly from 12 noon to 5 pm.
Along with the Kathmandu metropolis, tests are being carried out at Lagankhel of Lalitpur (behind Machhindra Ma V), Lokanthali of Bhaktapur, Salaghari, Ranga Bazaar of Chalnakhel, Chaupaya Bazaar of Chandragiri (Thankot).
