Kathmandu. CPN-UML Chairperson KP Oli has said that the indictment filed against Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra was wrong. Addressing a meeting of the parliamentary parties in Naya Baneshwor on Monday, Chairman Oli said that the motion of impeachment against Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jawara was wrong.
Chairman Oli also informed that the UML would not take any hasty decision on the motion of impeachment against the Chief Justice. Chairman Oli described the impeachment of the Chief Justice as a conspiracy to postpone local elections. Chairman Oli said that there was a serious conspiracy behind the sudden registration of the proposal while an atmosphere of dialogue was being created between the ruling party and the opposition.
